I actually had a stroke a few years ago. It was a really weird, freak thing . . . and one of the scariest moments of my life. After overcoming health challenges; it really made me realize that time (& life!) is precious and to make the most of it because you aren't promised tomorrow. It's probably what helps me bring passion and perspective to what I do and also why I decided to go all in on my dreams. Oh! and one time . . . I ended up photographing a celebrity couple from a pretty popular show. (I won't say who) and had a horrible experience. It seemed fine at first other than I had this weird feeling I couldn't shake (but no logical reason for it) . . . but then things got fishy and weird & took a turn. They turned out to be absolutely terrible and she actually scammed me. Come to find out, she (the bride!) had / has a history of charges and issues and were arrested for other things, too. It was traumatic. But . . . I learned to trust my gut.
